About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Site Labourer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn new skills to develop a rewarding career in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting skilled tradesmen in the preparation and execution of various site tasks, including: Surface preparation (e.g., cleaning, grinding, abrasive blasting) Material handling and delivery Setting out and measuring General site maintenance and housekeeping Learning the fundamentals of waterproofing, gas proofing, concrete repairs, and industrial coatings. Assisting in the application of specialist materials and systems. Maintaining a safe and clean working environment. Adhering to all site safety regulations and procedures.

Required Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential. Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Physically fit and able to perform demanding work. Valid CSCS card (or willing to obtain one). Full UK driving license.
