We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support as needed.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues that arise promptly.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare reports on site activities, including performance metrics and staff evaluations.
Implement training programmes for new staff members to promote skill development.
Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages teamwork and productivity.
Requirements
Experience managing Civil/ Groundwork projects.
First Aid Required
Residential Groundworks experience
