Construction Site Manager - Solihull

A Main Contractor requires a Site Manager - for New Build and Refurbishment projects in the West midlands area areas

Essential

SMSTS, 1st Aid Experience in new build and refurb on the following sectors - NHS & Education At least 3 years Site Manager experience
Ideally from a trades background you will have experience as a Foreman, Site Manager on new build and refurbishment projects up to 7 million.

The ideal candidate will have passion and enthusiasm for the industry with at least 5 years experience as a Foreman, Site Manager or Projects Manager

SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS are all essential

Due to the high standard of C.V's for this position. You must have at least 3 years experience as a Site Manager or Projects Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage project timelines and coordinate with various teams to achieve objectives. Supervise site staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or requirements. Prepare reports on site progress and present findings to management.

Requirements

Proven experience in site management or a similar role. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and team members. Experience in project management is a plus.

Pay: 45,780.19-62,418.53 per year
