Construction Site Manager

to lead and coordinate operations across multiple projects.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated

Construction Site Manager

to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive leader with a strong background in construction site management to play a key role in delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations on-site to ensure health, safety, quality, and programme targets are met. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, materials, equipment, and site logistics. Monitor and enforce compliance with site rules and health and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox talks. Liaise with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and reporting. Maintain site records, including daily diaries, site inductions, and safety documentation.

Essential Requirements:

Proven experience in managing construction sites (minimum 3 years preferred).

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

- in date and valid.

First Aid at Work (3-day course)

- valid and up to date.

CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) card

- valid, with appropriate managerial level. Strong understanding of construction methods, health & safety legislation, and quality control. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

NVQ Level 6 or higher in Construction Site Management or similar. Temporary Works Coordinator or Supervisor certification. Asbestos Awareness and Fire Marshal Training. Experience with digital site management tools and reporting software.
