Job Title: Site Manager - Bespoke Residential Development

We're seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-end residential project. The ideal candidate has strong groundwork and basement construction expertise and can manage the entire project, from excavation to final build.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

- Coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and monitor progress.

- Plan and implement site setting out, manage excavation, and oversee the entire construction process.

- Maintain accurate records, organize the site, and foster positive stakeholder relationships.

-Organising and handling materials including taking deliveries

Requirements:

- Proven site management experience in residential projects, particularly with basements.

- Strong groundwork and basement construction knowledge.

- Proficient in setting out processes.

- Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Health and safety knowledge.
