Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a variety of high end refurbishment and new build & architecturally sensitive projects, in Cheltenham and surrounding areas.
Main roles and responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel. Ensure work is completed to the highest standards, meeting project specifications and deadlines & in accordance with H&S regulation. Liaise with clients, project managers, and external inspectors to ensure seamless project delivery. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and safety documentation.
The ideal candidate must have:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager. Valid SMSTS certification.
Desirable Experience:
Listed buildings / architecturally sensitive projects High end new build development Working in sensitive locations eg: schools

Working hours: 7.30-4.30, Monday - Friday
Pay: 45,000.00-50,000.00 per year + company van
