Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee operations at one of our clients projects in Hampshire. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be supervising a diverse team and coordinating various projects to meet organisational goals.

Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress, addressing any issues that arise in a timely manner. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Prepare reports on site activities and present findings to senior management. Implement best practices for operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role, within construction. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining high standards of work. Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry is advantageous. Seeing a project from conception to completion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-60,000.00 per year
