Title: Construction Site Manager for Property Developments

Location: Ashton Under Lyne

Salary: 25/ hour

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee our construction projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including supervising workers, coordinating subcontractors, and liaising with clients and other stakeholders

Ensure that all work is completed in compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and other legal requirements

Prepare and maintain project schedules, including tracking progress and identifying potential delays

Maintain project documentation, including site reports, change orders, and other relevant records

Ensure that all workers on the site are adequately trained and follow safe work practices

Address any issues that arise on the site, including resolving conflicts and mitigating risks

Attend regular site meetings and provide regular progress reports to project stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry

Excellent knowledge of construction site management principles, methods, and techniques

Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels

A degree or diploma in construction management or a related field is preferred

A valid CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are required
