Site Manager/Forman

Are you the Site Managers / Foreman we are looking for and ready to work with the greatest construction team in the southwest that creates amazing buildings and spaces that help change peoples lives...

You will have high standards, be friendly, well presented, enthusiastic, conscientious and trustworthy... You would be described as professional, courteous, dedicated, forward thinking and a relaxed team player....

You will be responsible for the day to day running of a construction project which will include the coordinating, managing and leading of all the project activities. You will ensure that the quality of the work completed is to the highest of standards.

The role will involve continual close liaison, communicating, monitoring and reporting to the project team, design team, subcontractors, clients and direct employees.

You will apply the skills you already have in site management and leadership to achieve or surpass the desired project completion.

Role is suitable for ex-tradesman or tradesman looking to further their career into management.
