Leda Group are working with a leading construction company specialising in high-profile refurbishments, commercial fit-outs, and developments across Oxfordshire.
We are currently seeking a
Site Manager
to join their team on atemporary basis
for a project near Bicester, Oxfordshire. This is an immediate requirement for a professional with strong site leadership and solid Site Management experience.You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the site, overseeing subcontractors, maintaining quality and safety standards, and reporting to the Project Manager.

(essential)First Aid at Work
(essential) Proven experience as aSite Manager
Strong organisational and communication skills Confident managing subcontractors and coordinating trades Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesJob Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 280.00-300.00 per day
Work Location: In person
