Job Description

CT Built Limited are a high end residential and commercial contractor operating within the London area. We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable site manager to join our growing company on an exciting residential project in West London. The ideal candidate is someone with an eye for detail, a qualified tradesman who understands the process from the ground up and will support other trades in order to create a safe and efficient working environment with the right culture.

About the Role:

On this project you will be part of a team of 3 site managers, your role will have a specific focus on health and safety. You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality project delivery. You'll coordinate trades, enforce health & safety regulations, and keep everything on schedule and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion site-wide H&S culture, conduct regular toolbox talks, risk assessments and site inspections Implement and monitor Site Safety Plans, ensuring 100% compliance with CDM regulations Investigate incidents/near?misses, produce clear reports and drive continuous improvement Implementing and enforcing health & safety procedures (SMSTS required) Maintain up?to?date site diaries, permits, method statements and statutory records Coordinating deliveries, materials, and site logistics Monitoring progress and reporting to the project team
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential refurbishment projects Excellent understanding of health & safety regulations Strong knowledge of fit-out, renovation, and finishing trades Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades on-site Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills A proactive, hands-on approach to site management Experience using construction management software (Ideally Pro Core)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: 220.00-260.00 per day
