Construction Site Manager

Job Description
Tempeo require a Site Manager with SMSTS and basic DBS clearance to work with our Modular Buildings client in Peterborough.
This role will start from Monday 21st July 2025
250 per day CIS
Shift: Monday to Friday | 0800-1600
Responsibilities
Supervise daily site operations, ensuring all activities are carried out efficiently and safely. Manage a team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address any concerns or queries regarding site operations. Maintain accurate records of site activities, including staff performance and incident reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Experience
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a similar environment is essential. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.
Job Types: Temporary, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: 250.00 per day
