Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee our clients construction projects. The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a thorough understanding of project management principles. The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising teams and utilising project management software such as Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S standards Manage and coordinate construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Supervise site personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate effective communication and collaboration. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for stakeholders. Implement strategies for improving efficiency and productivity on-site. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

Experience

Proven experience in site management within the construction industry. Strong supervisory experience with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software, particularly Primavera P6, is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions under pressure.
