Overview
We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Operative to work construction projects to completion. An ability to learn quickly on restoration projects is essential. Preference will be given to IPAF holders. Finishing and restoration skills also an advantage
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders including contractors, clients, and team members.
Responsibilities
Work to the highest standards on daily operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, Communications with all persons on site when needed
Qualifications
Experience on a Construction Site or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on teamwork. CSCS essential IPAF an advantage A valid driver's licence may be required for site visits. Pay: 12.21-30.13 per hour
