We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Solicitor to join our client's Manchester office, which provides a unique opportunity.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad spectrum of construction matters, providing expert advice and support to a diverse client base, including local authorities, property developers, and major national clients. They have flexibility within the team and could consider someone focusing on either contentious, non-contentious, or handling both. Either way, the work will be complete, and they are looking for someone to deliver strategic legal solutions and further support the firm's reputation for excellence in this field.

Consequently, this role provides a fabulously clear career opportunity, it would be ideal for someone who hasn't yet developed a client following, but is confident enough to help with the further development of clients within the North West, with a view to ultimately growing a team, whilst having the comfort of a high quality work load and client base from day one.
You will be expected to collaborate closely with colleagues across departments, ensuring delivery of tailored, pragmatic advice that aligns with client needs and the firm's values. They are looking for : Proven, high-quality experience within construction

• Excellent client management and communication skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
• A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions in a team environment
• Ideally, an interest in further growing construction work from this new and growing Manchester office
