We are seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team. This role requires a strong commitment to quality workmanship and safety standards, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Duties
Perform carpentry tasks, including framing, roofing, and finishing work.
Execute construction painting duties, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished.
Carry out plumbing installations and repairs as required.
Engage in masonry work, including bricklaying and stonework.
Conduct welding tasks for metal structures and components.
Provide electrical experience for installations, repairs, and maintenance of electrical systems.
Utilise hand tools and power tools effectively to complete various construction projects.
Participate in fabrication processes for custom components as needed.
Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to ensure project timelines are met.
Experience
Proven experience in carpentry, roofing, construction painting, plumbing, masonry, welding, or electrical work is essential.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in the construction industry is required.
Previous experience in fabrication processes is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
