TEAM MEMBERS REQUIRED URGENTLY - WORKS BASED IN LONDON AND THE SOUTH EAST

We focus on providing and installing quality products for our clients and key stake holders.

Although we work solely in leisure centres, the centres vary in size and services offered so works are varied and exciting.

We carry out reactive remedial works all the way to full centre refurbishments. Floors, Walls, Ceilings. Electrics, Plumbing, you name it we do it.

Our teams are loyal, work hard and always get great feedback from our client.

Our branding is important so be it a small job or a works that takes 3 months we want to leave a great lasting impression.

Hours and pay

We appreciate that skill set in the market varies so will pay fairly.

We are transparent regards reward so we will discuss this with you on early on make sure we are a match.

We offer self employed roles with a weekly reliable payment run.

Hours of work are traffic friendly 6am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday.

Who we need

Opening 1

Skilled trades to start from now

You must be able to work on your own initiative

You must have experience in a commercial setting

You must be able to evidence a min 5 years experience as a skilled trades person.

We would love it if you have Fire Door installation cert for e.g. BM trada.

Min requirements please for this role.

Min Blue CSCS card

Experience of at least 5 years in a commercial setting

Full driving license and your own car/ van

Opening 2

Site foreman to start from now.

You must be able to work from drawings/ designs.

You must be able to lead and inspire a team to deliver great outcomes.

You must have experience in a Commercial settings and experience of leading projects with values of at least 1 million.

You must have knowledge of works involving M and E.

You must be technically competent and be able to review accuracy of design/ installations from the start.

Min SSMTS

In date First aider training

Experience of at least 5 years in a commercial setting

Full driving license and your own car/ van
