We're looking for a

Construction Trainee

to join our talented team in North Wales. This is a hands-on, practical role designed to give you experience across every stage of the housebuilding process and help you build the foundations for a successful career in the industry.

This trainee position is designed for individuals

aged 18-20

who are at the early stages of their careers and looking to gain hands-on experience in construction.
Please note: While this programme is aimed at the 18-20 age group, applicants of all eligible ages are welcome to apply.

What you'll be doing:

In your

first year

, you'll gain valuable experience on site, working alongside our skilled Site Teams and supporting with a range of construction activities including:

General construction Operative duties and assisting with day-to-day operations Helping maintain safe and efficient site practices Supporting trades and learning the build process first-hand
As you grow in confidence and understanding, you'll receive ongoing

training and development

, with a clear pathway into your chosen construction career -- whether that's Site Management, Health & Safety, Engineering or another specialist role.
