Role of a Construction Trainer /Assessor
To deliver our Construction training programmes including employability.
Collaborate and connect with young people, external partners and stakeholders to ensure relationships are at the heart of everyday practice
Deliver experiential learning sessions to varied group of learners, both face to face and remote
Monitor, review, inspire and support learners undertaking school programmes, vocational apprenticeship programmes and industry coaching
Show a commitment to ensuring professional development remains relevant and up to date through accessing current research
To ensure full compliance with GDPR and other compliance requirements

Essential Skills:
Construction related background
Desirable Skills:
Knowledge of the training sector would be advantageous but not essential
Assessor qualification (L&D9i), or equivalent, is desirable but not essential
Package:
Salary Banding: 25,000 - 34,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Scottish Living Wage Accredited
