You will work with outstanding digital talent across disciplines to innovate and create great solutions for our Defence and Security Clients.


You will collaborate with amazing digital experts across disciplines including but not limited to Experience Strategists, Service Designers, Creative Designers and Engineers to deliver industry leading experiences across a broad range of products and services.


Ascertain customer needs and translate into requirements, support upselling/business development on new and existing contracts.
Collaborates with technical team and contributes to delivery activities during design, develop and maintenance of the solutions.
Designs modern and scalable data architecture, to implement Business Intelligence reporting and technical/functional specifications.
Delivers business value to customers using Functional/Technical skills, building a trusted relationship with key users.
Proposes Solutions that address Business Intelligence and Analytical business problems, needs and opportunities.
Collaborates with Project Manager, to anticipate customer needs to facilitate the definition and development of the solution and to ensure effective and efficient development, delivery, deployment, operation and support of these solutions.
Prioritises the workload ensuring on time and on budget deliverables.

We are specifically looking for candidates with both technical and business focused skills, who can articulate the outcomes and value of their work, and have working experience in some of the following:


Experience as an Analytics Business gathering, documenting, and analysing data and business needs.
Strong analytical skills to interpret trends and develop actionable insights from large, complex datasets.
Experience with analytics tools and visualizations including Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc. to extract and present data findings.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to understand business objectives and turn data into impactful solutions.
Success driving analytics projects end-to-end, from gathering requirements through solution implementation.
Excellent communication skills to convey technical analyses clearly to stakeholders.
Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, reports, and accompanying recommendations.
Knowledge of data extraction and transformation processes to structure datasets for analysis.
Success engaging with stakeholders at all levels to transform analytics into business value.
Ability to communicate complex quantitative analyses in a simplified and intuitive manner
