We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Consultant Conveyancer to join our growing consultancy. What We're Looking For:

oQualified and Experienced: You will be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or Legal Executive with demonstrable experience in residential conveyancing.

Client-Focused: You have a strong commitment to providing exceptional client service and building rapport. You understand the importance of clear communication and empathy during what can be a stressful process. Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable and confident in utilising technology to enhance efficiency and client communication. Independent and Driven: You are self-motivated and capable of managing your own caseload effectively within a consultancy framework. Open to Innovation: You are excited by the prospect of working within a modern, forward-thinking practice that prioritises transparency and client education. Seeking Support: You are looking for a supportive environment as you embrace or further develop your career as a consultant. Freehold and leasehold matters Shared ownership New build Sales, purchases and remortgages Liaising with clients and external professionals

Requirements:

oCLC or SRA qualified

Skills to support networking Able to handle a varied caseload Proficient LEAP case management (preferrable but not
essential)

Excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and client care skills
