Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Consultant Solicitor in immigration law, family law, personal injury and wills and probate to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a thorough understanding of legal principles. As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice, representing clients in various legal matters, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and colleagues. Pay will be spilt in generous profit share.

Responsibilities

Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on a range of issues. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case progress. Stay updated on changes in legislation and relevant case law. Collaborate with other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive client service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication.

Qualifications

A qualified Solicitor with a valid practising certificate. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service. Experience in specific areas of law relevant to the firm's practice (e.g., family law, corporate law) is advantageous but not essential. A commitment to continuous professional development and staying abreast of industry trends.

Pay: 30,000.00-60,000.00 per year
