Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Consultant Solicitors specialising in Employment, Housing, Civil Litigation, Debt Recovery to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law and have the ability to provide expert legal advice to clients on a variety of employment-related matters. This role requires excellent negotiation skills and the capacity to represent clients effectively in disputes, ensuring their rights are protected throughout the legal process.

Duties

Provide comprehensive legal advice on employment law issues, including contracts, disputes, and workplace policies. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients in employment-related cases. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents. Provide comprehensive legal advice on housing, civil litigation, debt recovery etc Represent clients in tribunal proceedings and negotiations with opposing parties.( court attendance not mandatory) Stay updated on changes in employment legislation and case law to provide informed advice. Conduct training sessions for clients on compliance with relevant laws and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.

Qualifications

Qualified solicitor with a valid practising certificate in England and Wales. Proven experience in relevant area law or a related field. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. A proactive approach to problem-solving and client management.

Pay: 52,350.00-57,319.00 per year
