About the Role:
Become part of our Connected Services Team, delivering top-notch customer support through calls and emails.
Location:
Based in Knowlhill, Milton Keynes, with options for hybrid or remote working.
Hours:
37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00 including bank holidays and cover as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support
Deliver exceptional service using fluent Italian and English on phone and email
Respond quickly to system alerts and alarms
Manage theft notifications and document vehicle thefts
Calmly handle Emergency and Breakdown calls
Follow Alarm and Call Handling SLAs
Administration & Compliance
Perform necessary administrative tasks
Adhere to GDPR regulations
Who You Are
Fluent in Italian & English (spoken and written)
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Computer literate with quick software learning ability
Able to prioritise and stay focused under pressure
Detail-oriented with strong literacy and numeracy
Reliable, eager to learn, and flexible
Based within commuting distance of Milton Keynes with full UK work rights
Bonus:
Experience in an Operations Centre, Control Room, or Call Centre
Good geographical knowledge
