Role Purpose
As a
Contact Centre Advisor
, you will be at the forefront of delivering a highly accredited service to citizens across Scotland through
telephone, webchat, and email
, you will:
Provide quality advice and information across all channels.
Identify customer issues and explore their individual needs and circumstances.
Deliver expert, trusted advice to help people move forward with their concerns.
This is a role for individuals who genuinely care, are driven to deliver excellent service, and want to make a difference to people's lives.
Working Hours
Weekly Hours:
31.25 (4 days per week, Monday to Friday)
Shifts:
Monday - Thursday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Friday: 9:00 am - 5:15 pm
Breaks:
2 x 15-minute breaks plus 1-hour lunch
Person Specification
We are looking for someone who is:
Experienced in customer service (contact centre experience preferred but not essential).
Able to demonstrate commitment in previous roles.
Dedicated, reliable, and hardworking.
A good communicator and an excellent listener.
Caring, with the ability and willingness to learn
