About the Role
As our Contact Centre Executive, you will play a pivotal role in handling and converting customer enquiries via incoming and outgoing calls with the objective of arranging appointments efficiently and expediently. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of transforming lives with exceptional mobility solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, converting enquiries into appointments.
Ensuring all customer data is accurate and relevant for the sales team
Proactively following up on new and outstanding leads to maximise appointments
Managing appointment reschedules efficiently
Delivering a first-class customer experience by handling queries professionally
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
We're Looking For a Contact Centre Executive who :
Possesses at least 6 months of experience in sales, customer service or a related telesales role.?
Demonstrates strong influence and persuasion abilities with excellent communication skills.?
Is driven, enthusiastic and committed to exceeding set targets.?
Maintains a positive and proactive approach to challenges.?
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.?

Working Schedule Patterns:
25, 30 or 35 hours per week of rotating shifts as follows:
Full-time Shift (35 hours/week):
Rotating shifts : 09:00am-17:00pm / 11:00am-19:00pm with one hour unpaid lunch break - in the office
Part-time Shift (30 hours/week):
Rotating shifts : 09:00am-15:00pm / 13:00pm-19:00pm - in the office
Part-time Shift (25 hours/week):
Rotating shifts : 09:00am-14:00pm / 14:00pm-19:00pm - in the office
You will be required to work 2 weekend days/month as follows:
Saturday
- 09:30am to 16:30pm - in the office with half hour unpaid lunch break or
Sunday
*: 09:30am to 14:00pm - working from home
