At Stratstone, our Contact Centre Executives are the first point of contact for our customers, attentively listening to their needs and recommending suitable products and services. You'll conduct outbound calls for service, MOT, vehicle maintenance and other aftersales-related bookings whilst building strong relationships with our customers ensuring that their satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.

Expertly managing inbound and outbound calls with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and enhancing profitability
Building authentic relationships and strong rapport with every customer, with a key focus on enhancing customer loyalty and retention

Proactively conducting follow-up calls related to divisional marketing campaigns

Do you have what it takes to be an Stratstone colleague? We're looking for someone who is:
Equipped with previous customer-facing experience, preferably with knowledge of the automotive industry
A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can engage, build authentic relationships and establish strong rapport with our customers
Proficient in utilising computer systems with full knowledge of Microsoft packages, database experience is desirable
Able to adhere to all company and manufacturer policies and protocols
Passionate for our industry, the people who work in it and the people we serve
