Hybrid (Leicester office 2 days per week)

Salary:

28,000 - 30,000 DOE

The role

Create, edit and optimise content that attracts, informs and converts - across all our divisions and channels.

What you'll do

Write and edit content for websites, blogs, news articles, social posts, brochures, flyers and email campaigns Plan and produce weekly blog content across five company divisions Optimise copy for SEO to grow organic traffic, improve conversion rates and build domain authority Work with internal teams and our external digital agency to align ideas and messaging Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Trends and SEMRush to monitor performance and refine what we do Develop clear calls to action that encourage engagement Keep everything on-brand and consistent in tone and style

What You'll Bring

Essential:

3+ years of content writing experience with evidence of work that performs Proven experience in

SEO copywriting

and digital marketing Strong writing fundamentals: structure, clarity, accuracy, and a focus on conversion Ability to analyse audiences and tailor messages accordingly Proficiency with tools such as SEMRush, Microsoft Office, email builders, WordPress and social platforms

Desirable:

Degree (or equivalent) in English, Marketing, Communications or similar Basic Adobe (e.g., InDesign) knowledge Experience in (or strong interest in) the

energy / sustainability sector
