About the Role

Were looking for a

Content & Community Marketing Executive

to join our growing team. This is a brand-new role, designed to supercharge our content, keep our brand singing in harmony, and build a buzzing community around Huggg.


Your mission? To help us tell our story in the most engaging ways possible, whether thats through scroll-stopping social posts, clever email campaigns, thought-leading blogs, or events people cant stop talking about. Youll be the glue that keeps our content consistent, relevant, and full of personality.

What Youll Be Doing

Get to Know Our Audience



Learn who our buyers are, how they speak, where they hang out, and who influences them. Spot trends and news we should be talking about, from fresh research to changes in relevant employment law. Use this information to create a strategy and execute on making Huggg a thought leader

Create Content That Connects



Plan, write, and design marketing emails that make people click, smile, and take action. Build nurture journeys for new sign-ups, lapsed users, and paying customers. Run our social channels and help the sales team and CEO shine on LinkedIn. Keep our tone of voice and brand guidelines tight, so everything feels Huggg-y*.

Bring People Together



Plan low-cost, high-impact events (think drinks, webinars, conferences). Find smart ways to turn our audience into a connected, loyal community.

Boost Our Brand



Create and assist on blogs, guides, pitch decks, and lead magnets that drive website traffic and generate sales leads. Keep our brand guidelines fresh and make sure were always on point. Nail our Tone of Voice across all channels and ensure it stays consistent

What Were Looking For

2+in a B2B marketing, content and/or community role, or any other relevant position A natural storyteller who can write with warmth, wit, and clarity. Adept at using AI tools, with a hunger to ensure were always using the latest tech to make us as efficient as possible A strong editor. You question what AI gives to ensure its always accurate and speaks our language. Someone who can work well across a team and with external freelancers. Experience creating content, managing social media, and running marketing campaigns. Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects. A get sht done attitude.
A creative thinker whos motivated by driving results, not just making things look pretty A quick learner. Its likely youll be working on things you havent done before - we need someone who can bring themselves up the curve quickly. Bonus points if you come from a HR background Double bonus points if youve done event planning or community building.
