About Us

Veteran Claims/Crest solicitors is a SRA regulated Law firm dedicated to supporting UK military veterans with hearing loss compensation claims. We're part of an established legal services group and are passionate about helping those who served our country get the justice and compensation they deserve.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a creative and organised individual to manage our social media presence, create engaging content, and support client communications.

The Role

We're seeking a

Social Media & Marketing Executive

who can take ownership of our online presence. You'll be creating eye-catching content, managing our social media channels, running paid ad campaigns, and engaging with our community.

This role is perfect for someone who's creative, proactive, and enjoys both content creation and direct interaction with an audience.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging visual content using Canva for social media posts, stories, and ads Manage and grow our LinkedIn presence with regular, high-quality content Plan and schedule content across social media platforms Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner Set up, manage, and optimise Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to keep our content fresh and relevant Communicate with clients via phone and email, providing updates on their claim progress Track engagement metrics and report on campaign performance Collaborate with the wider team to align content with business goals
What We're Looking For

Essential:



Proven experience creating content for LinkedIn (personal or business accounts) Strong skills in Canva - able to create professional, engaging graphics Experience running Facebook Ads and/or Google Ads campaigns Excellent written communication skills with a good eye for copy Comfortable managing social media communities - replying to comments and DMs Confident speaking with clients over the phone Strong attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Right to work in the UK

Desirable:



Experience with other social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok) Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.) Experience in claims management, legal services, or similar industries Basic video editing skills for short-form content Understanding of social media analytics and reporting
