Leeds office based. Full-time: 37.5 hours per week Mon-Fri (will also consider 4 days per week/30 hours). Hybrid - Leeds office 3 days one week and 2 days the next week (5 days per fortnight) with the option to work remotely the other days of the working week. Competitive salary pro rata for part-time hours. Bonus Scheme 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

JOB SUMMARY



We're looking for a passionate and creative

Content & Communications Manager

to lead branded content across all UK channels. This role will be responsible for all content across owned and third-party platforms, including digital, social, influencer, eCRM, and retail, ensuring brand consistency and impact across both consumer and Healthcare Professional (HCP) marketing.

You'll also lead UK digital PR activity to keep the brand front of mind for parents, strengthening brand image, awareness, and consideration. Working closely with the wider Marketing and International teams, you'll create and deliver inspiring, insight-led content that aims to build trust and meaningful connections.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES



Content Strategy & Management



Own and deliver the UK content strategy across all digital and campaign touchpoints. Lead UK campaign development, ensuring consistency with brand tone and delivering against objectives. Oversee the UK content plan, managing the creation, optimisation, and cascade of assets. Support EU & International teams on content and campaign requirements, as needed.

Digital Content & eCRM



Manage all UK digital content, including optimisation for SEO and on-site engagement. Create and maintain eCRM content, including newsletters and automated journeys, across both consumer and HCP.

Social Media Content & Influencer Marketing



Develop and oversee implementation of the organic social & UGC content strategy. Support and brief the social content freelancer to deliver engaging organic social content and giveaways, in line with content plan. Own and execute the paid influencer strategy, from relationship building and briefing through to performance monitoring and reporting. Write or adapt copy for paid social advertising.

Retail & Partner Content Support



Support National Account and Amazon teams with PDP copy, imagery, and assets to drive conversion. Support on retailer-specific content to support key launches and campaigns. Support content needs for brand partnerships and collaborations.

PR & Media Content



Lead UK digital PR content efforts, securing inclusion in relevant listicles, "best buy" features, and media opportunities. Respond to journalist content requests and proactively identify PR opportunities aligned with brand priorities.

KEY SKILLS



A self-starter and strong team player, with a proactive mindset Outstanding writing and editing skills Excellent business and marketing acumen Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and digital media outlets Proven track record in campaign idealization, implementation, and content creation Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and confidently prioritise tasks Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external. Confident in working with & managing freelancers, agencies, and cross-functional teams.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS



Education:



BA or BSc degree required.

Experience:



Proven experience (3-5 years) in content creation or communications, ideally within FMCG, parenting, or lifestyle brands. Experience managing content across multiple channels: website, eCRM, social media, influencer, and retail. Strong copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (consumer and HCP). Experience planning and executing campaigns, including influencer and digital PR activity. Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimisation for digital platforms. Proven ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and lead projects.
