Content Creator Executive



Ready for a new challenge? Think you have what it takes to join the Marketing team?

We're on the hunt for someone who gets content. We last recruited for this role a few years back but with recent expansions and some big plans brewing we need to get our Kara some support. We want to find someone who spots a great photo before it happens, has a TikTok in their head while they're making coffee, and doesn't wait to be told to press record.

HatHats Coffee Company is growing fast and we need a creative pair of hands (and eyes) to help us tell our story. You'll work closely with Kara, our Head of Marketing, to capture what's happening across our sites and share it in a way that's fun, engaging and properly HatHats.

The important bits you'll want to know first:



Location: Kent, with travel to sites across our group

Salary: Based on experience

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week (includes some weekends)

You'll have a desk at our Head Office in Whitstable and will have access to as much coffee as you can drink!

The role does require you to have a driving license (we will need you to visit our outlets to film content and take photos for social media!)

Unlike a lot of companies...qualifications are good, but we believe that if you have the right attitude, we can teach you the skills that you need. We don't want to stop someone who is right for the role applying as they don't have a bit of paper saying that you can do the job.

What you'll be doing:



Creating and scheduling social media content across platforms (mainly Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn) Be reactive on socials and getting our brand out there with the trends (if suitable for us) Visiting our coffee shops a couple days a week, events and partners to capture photos, videos and stories Helping keep our content fresh, relevant and consistent with the HatHats voice Working with Kara to roll out campaigns and marketing ideas and being her support, this includes graphic design, printing using our flashy large format signage printer as well as working on new concepts, brand development. Jumping in across our sister brands too -- Barista 999, Ovenstone Pizza and The Amelix Group -- when something exciting's happening Filming and editing lots of video content (we created this role to up our video game!) Designing marketing collateral for print and social media Taking ownership of our social media channels Leading on social media advertisements Working on product and service launches Assisting with marketing tasks where required Looking at helping us increase our brand awareness online and offline.

You'll love this role if you:



Have a decent eye for content (and understand how it works) Are a bubbly people person, you'll be working with and directing people daily Feel confident filming, editing and posting on the fly, you must be comfortable in front of the camera as well, as we want to relaunch out vlog http://youtube.com - which will become your baby eventually! Are curious, creative and happy to muck in Can write a decent caption and know the difference between "your" and "you're" as well as get the importance of Like the idea of being out and about independently, not sat at a desk all day Don't mind working the odd weekend when our shops are busiest, or we are hosting events

Nice to have:



Basic design or editing skills (We use Final Cut pro, and the Adobe suite, for on-the-fly mobile editing, Capcut has also been used) Be a dab hand with digital SLR cameras, whilst some of the content will be authentic from a phone we do require more traditional photos for our price screens and other formats A desire to grow your marketing skills in a fast-paced, real-world environment
