Oakham, Rutland (this is an office-based role)

Contract:

Full-time (40 hours per week), permanent

About The Role



At TIB Services, we're looking for a Content Marketing Executive to help us tell our story and connect with the people and schools we support. You'll assist with content creation across a range of channels--from emails and social media posts to landing pages and printed materials.

This is a hands-on, creative role suited to someone with 1-2 years of copywriting or content marketing experience, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine interest in making a difference.

This is an office-based role, working closely with our small and supportive team. We're happy to shape the position around the marketing channels you're most interested in, whether that's social media, email marketing, blogs, direct mail or something else. The key is that you love content writing and storytelling.

What You'll Do



Write engaging, on-brand content for a range of channels, including email campaigns, social media, landing pages, blog posts, printed materials, and more Collaborate closely with our marketing manager, sales team and candidate relationship team to create communications that our audience love Take ownership of your projects and see them through from brief to delivery Help shape messaging and tone of voice across channels Spot opportunities to improve how we communicate and where we can add value Support the wider team with ad hoc copy, campaign or comms needs

What We're Looking For



Essential:



1-2 years' experience in a copywriting or content marketing role Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly creative, with a flair for language and storytelling Strong critical thinking skills - able to analyse, question, and refine content to make sure it resonates with specific audiences Able to take initiative, work independently and manage time well A true team player who's collaborative, supportive, and willing to pitch in where needed

Desirable:



Experience working across marketing channels such as email, social media, landing pages, or direct mail Familiarity with the education sector in a professional context Previous volunteering or community-based experience Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, etc.) as part of content creation, editing or research Familiarity with photo or video editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, iMovie, etc.)
