Content & Creative Lead



We are looking for a creative, versatile, and organised Content & Creative professional to lead creation of all brand and campaign content across channels. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the production and style of visual content and marketing collateral across several brands. You will be responsible for developing digital, video, copy and print assets that communicate complex ideas clearly and in line with our brands' tones and standards.

The ideal candidate will be confident designing and writing for both digital and print and comfortable adapting messaging for B2B audiences in the financial advice space. Experience with social media content planning and platform management is essential, and experience using HubSpot is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities



Creative Design & Brand Execution



Develop and maintain branded assets across brands (brochures, factsheets, sales decks). Design and write campaign assets for paid and organic social, emails, webinars & digital advertising. Design and maintain in-person and digital event collateral and stand design. Produce infographics and iconography to support thought leadership and content pieces. Manage brand tone, style, and visual identity across three brands Develop case digital and video cross group for use in campaigns. Ensure visual and tone consistency across all brands, all platforms and touchpoints.

Social Media Design



Create social media graphics, carousels and animations for LinkedIn and other platforms. Collaborate with Campaigns and Comms roles to deliver a consistent content schedule.

Video and Multimedia Production



Plan and produce content, including short-form videos for social, brand and educational content. Lead or support video shoots and post-production edits for internal and external use. Repurpose webinar footage into branded highlights, soundbites, and graphics.

Website & CMS Support



Support image, layout and design optimisation across our websites (no coding required). Assist in landing page creation as per requirements of campaigns and comms. Create graphic banners and visuals to support landing pages, blog posts and gated assets.

Strategy



Work closely with the Head of Marketing on developing and delivering strategy across brands Work closely with the Ops & Campaigns Lead to deliver on campaign plans.

Essential Requirements



Positive, proactive attitude with a strong desire to build brands. Excellent organisational skills; able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Creative skills in copywriting, design & basic video editing. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Confident communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to express brand vision to team and stakeholders. Comfortable with digital tools and platforms (e.g. CMS, Hubspot type CRMs/Marketing Tools, Canva, Microsoft Office). Ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively as part of a fast-paced team. Willingness and flexibility to travel occasionally for filming, events, and onboarding.

Preferred Experience:



3-6 years' experience in a creative marketing role (agency or in-house). Ideally B2B or Financial Services Excellent writing and design sensibility. Understanding of social media design best practice (LinkedIn essential). Experience with HubSpot for email templates, social scheduling and campaign assets (preferred). Familiarity with video platforms such as Vimeo.
