Corvus People is recruiting for a creative and commercially-minded Content Creative Specialist to join an ambitious ecommerce brand on a strong growth trajectory. This role is all about driving brand storytelling through high-impact content that connects with audiences and delivers results.You'll lead on digital content creation across web, social, email and product campaigns, blending creativity with insight to build engagement and support growth. You'll also work closely with content creators and influencers to elevate the brand across key channels.
What you'll be doing

• Create engaging content for social, web, email and digital campaigns

• Produce short-form video, reels, stories and UGC-style content

• Collaborate across teams to deliver relevant, on-brand messaging

• Manage relationships with creators and partners to extend reach

• Shoot and edit photo and video content

• Keep content fresh by staying up to date with trends and insights

• Track content performance and feed insights into strategy

What we're looking for

• Experience in content creation for a D2C or ecommerce brand

• Strong digital storytelling and video production skills

• Confidence managing content projects from idea to execution

• Working knowledge of Canva or Adobe tools and social platforms

• Good understanding of customer behaviour across the funnel

• A creative thinker with a commercial mindset and sharp eye for detail

• Self-starter who enjoys a fast-paced, collaborative environment
