Content & SEO Specialist

We're looking for a creative, data-driven Content & SEO Specialist who is passionate about crafting impactful, well performing content.

Proactive in nature, you'll love diving into data, testing new ideas, and solving problems with curiosity and persistence.

The ability to adapt to the ever-changing search environment is essential.

This hybrid role involves regular in-person collaboration with our friendly, talented team, so please only apply if commuting to King's Lynn, Norfolk/Cambridge is feasible for you.

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and execute SEO strategies tailored to a variety of clients and brands Write compelling landing pages, blogs, and campaign copy with SEO best practices in mind Translate technical SEO insights into clear, actionable recommendations Conduct keyword research, on-page optimisation, internal linking, and SEO audits Advise on technical aspects like crawlability, Core Web Vitals, tag deployment, and tracking Collaborate with developers, agencies, and consultants to keep projects running smoothly and implement actionable recommendations Support Digital PR efforts by optimising content for outreach Create and deliver insightful monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc status updates and reports Stay on top of industry trends and take a proactive approach to continuous improvement Attend client meetings and contribute to new business pitches where required

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in SEO, including audits, technical SEO, and keyword research Strong writing and communication skills--you know how to make the complex feel simple Confidence in using tools like Moz, SEMrush, GA4, Looker Studio, and Screaming Frog A data-savvy professional with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
