Overview

We are seeking a creative, highly organised, and digitally skilled

Content Creator

to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will be confident in shooting high quality content, editing videos and images, and producing engaging social media assets for platforms such as

Instagram and TikTok

.

This role requires someone who understands current trends, can work independently to plan and execute content ideas, and who feels comfortable capturing treatments, behind-the-scenes footage, and client transformations (with consent). A small portion of the role may include light clinic support such as admin.

Duties

Plan, film, and edit high quality photo and video content for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Create on-brand graphics, reels, stories, and marketing materials using

Canva and Capcut

Capture treatment footage, before and afters, clinic BTS, product content, and campaign material Manage the clinic's content calendar and work alongside the practitioner to produce regular, consistent output Stay up to date with social media trends, audio, and best practices to enhance engagement Upload, schedule, and organise content across social platforms Assist with basic administrative tasks when required (scheduling, messages, emails) Maintain organised digital folders for photos, videos, and project files Assist with room preparation, tidying, or client support during busy periods (optional and with training)

Skills

Proven experience in content creation, videography, photography, and editing Proficient in Canva, Capcut, Instagram, TikTok, and general social media management Strong creative eye for aesthetics, lighting, composition, and brand consistency Excellent organisation and time-management skills Ability to generate ideas, storyboard content, and work proactively Confident communicating both on-camera and behind the camera when directing clients Basic administrative competence (email handling, scheduling) is desirable Experience in aesthetics, beauty, or wellness industries is beneficial but not essential
