We're looking for a creative, organised, and purpose-driven
Social Media & Content Creator
to bring The Mole Clinic's mission and values to life across digital and print platforms.
You'll develop engaging, educational, and trustworthy content that raises awareness of skin health, supports local clinic openings, and strengthens our reputation as a trusted national healthcare brand. From planning social campaigns to creating posters and leaflets, you'll play a key role in connecting our story with the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media
Develop and manage a content calendar that aligns with our marketing strategy, awareness campaigns, and seasonal health initiatives.
Create compelling social media content -- videos, graphics, posts, and stories -- for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Working and organising influencer visits and content.
Write clear, empathetic, and accurate copy that translates complex clinical topics into accessible, engaging language.
Capture and edit photo and video content, maintaining consistent brand quality and tone.
Monitor social channels, engage with our community, and escalate patient-related or reputational issues appropriately.
Analyse performance metrics and share monthly insights to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
Print & Offline Media
Design and produce print materials such as posters, flyers, patient information leaflets, and local marketing assets.
Work with suppliers and clinic teams to ensure all printed content meets brand and regulatory standards.
Support the creation of local press materials, adverts, and community outreach campaigns around new clinic openings.
About You
You're passionate about content, design and meaningful communication. You enjoy bringing ideas to life visually and are motivated by making a real difference.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
Experience creating social media and print content for a B2C -- ideally in healthcare, wellness or beauty.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Skilled in design and editing tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or CapCut).
Strong organisational skills and ability to balance creative work with deadlines.
Sensitive to tone, accuracy, and confidentiality in a healthcare environment.
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent of 1 year work experience in similar role).
Desirable:
Familiarity with SEO, content scheduling, and analytics tools.

Pay: 28,000.00-34,000.00 per year
