We're looking for a creative, confident and trend-savvy Content Creator to join our marketing team and bring our portfolio of beauty and wellness brands to life across social media.
You'll produce high-quality photo and video content that captures the essence of our brands - from Skin&Tan and Super Facialist to W7, FISH and Dirty Works, creating everything from polished product visuals to engaging, authentic camera-facing videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This is a hands-on, video-first role suited to a creator who loves staying ahead of trends, experimenting with new formats, and producing content that inspires and converts.
Key Responsibilities
Film, shoot and edit short-form video and still content for TikTok, Instagram and other social channels.
Produce a mix of camera-facing, lifestyle and product-led content that reflects each brand's tone and audience.
Deliver a consistent volume of content each month to meet campaign and social scheduling needs.
Support the marketing team by providing assets for paid social and retailer campaigns on an ad hoc basis.
Collaborate with Social Media Managers to plan and deliver content in line with campaign calendars and product launches.
Attend monthly marketing meetings to align on priorities and present recent work.
Stay up to date with competitor activity, social trends and emerging formats to maintain a strong creative edge.
Benchmark content quality against leading beauty and wellness brands, continually raising the bar for execution.
Upload and manage content assets in shared drives, ensuring all files are correctly organised and accessible.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Content Creator, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, skincare or wellness.
Confident both behind and in front of the camera, comfortable filming and speaking on video.
Strong video and photo editing skills; able to independently produce professional-quality content.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels and short-form video trends.
Creative mindset with the ability to interpret briefs and bring fresh ideas to life.
Excellent communication skills, with a positive and collaborative approach to feedback.
Ability to manage multiple projects and maintain consistency across brands.
