Content Creator (construction)

Job Description
We are a high end residential main contractor delivering refurbishments, extensions and new builds in London and the Home Counties. We need a hands on content creator to capture what happens on site and turn it into high quality short form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn.
We will provide the equipment. You need to be confident using a camera and capturing usable footage in live site conditions. If you are early career or an intern, that is fine if your portfolio shows strong potential.
What you will do
Visit sites and capture day to day progress footage, walk throughs, before and afters, and detail shots Film short pieces to camera with our team (site managers, PMs, director) Edit short form videos with captions, pacing, and simple motion graphics Deliver a steady weekly output with an agreed content plan Organise files, label footage, and keep a clean handover process for the office team Maintain professionalism on live construction sites and follow site rules
Output expectations
2 to 4 site visits per week (depending on workload and travel) 5 to 10 short form videos per week (agreed target) 1 to 2 LinkedIn posts per week (optional add on)
Option A, Intern or Trainee
Some experience filming or editing, even if from college, personal projects, or a small business Comfortable learning fast and taking direction A portfolio with 3 to 5 examples of your filming and editing
Option B, Junior Content Creator
6 to 18 months filming and editing experience Confident shooting handheld footage, basic lighting, and clean audio Able to edit fast turnaround short-form content
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00-17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
Work Location: In person
