Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Content Creator to join our digital marketing team. This role combines technical skills in videography, photography, and editing with creative storytelling to produce compelling visual content for social platforms, websites, and client campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about visual media, comfortable working with clients, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced agency environment.

This role has two core focuses. Producing daily video content to be published across Invanity's own social channels and website, and shooting and editing videos for our clients such as customer testimonials, case studies, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Production

Create high-quality video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube) Produce professional photography for websites, social media, and marketing materials Film and edit client testimonials, case study videos, and more for Invanity and our clients Attend events for Invanity and our clients to capture footage and edit into videos for publishing.

Technical Execution

Plan, shoot, and edit video content using professional equipment and software (provided by Invanity) Manage lighting, audio, and composition for both photo and video shoots Edit raw footage into polished final products using industry-standard software Optimize content for various platforms and formats (vertical, square, landscape)

Tool Utilization

Leverage AI tools where appropriate to improve output and efficiency of production (such as AI video editing, voice over cloning, and more) Use stock footage libraries where appropriate to complement footage captured.

Required Skills & Experience

1-2 years of experience in videography, photography, or content creation Degree, Diploma, or similar qualification in Film, Media Production, Marketing, Communications, or related field Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator preferred) Knowledge of social media platforms and their content requirements Portfolio demonstrating video editing, photography, and creative content skills (academic work and personal projects accepted)
