Content Creator
with
marketing experience and graphic design skills
to support the promotion of our sales & lettings services.
This role focuses on creating high-quality, on-brand content across digital, social and print platforms, while supporting wider marketing activity and brand development. This is a varied, hands-on marketing and content role working in a supportive, collaborative team environment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Content Creation
Create regular content for FBM's social media channels (posts, stories, reels, short videos)
Produce and edit video content, including property tours, reels, and team features
Photograph and edit properties, staff, and events where required
Write clear, engaging captions and marketing copy
Marketing
Support and deliver marketing campaigns for sales and lettings across South West Wales
Work with negotiators to promote new instructions, price reductions, and featured properties
Assist with award entries, promotional campaigns, and brand initiatives
Graphic Design
Create digital and print marketing materials in line with FBM brand guidelines
Maintain visual consistency across all offices and platforms
You should have:
Skills & Experience
Proven marketing experience
Strong content creation experience across social and digital platforms
Confident with photography and video editing
Solid graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
Strong written communication and copywriting skills
Well organised and comfortable managing multiple deadlines
Good understanding of Meta Business Suite
Full Uk driving licence
Desirable (but not essential)
Estate agency or property marketing experience
WordPress website experience
Personal Attributes
Creative with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Professional, reliable, and team-focused
The important stuff
This is a permanent, part-time position working during Monday to Friday. Hours/working pattern are negotiable, but a minimum of 22.5 working hours per week between 9-5pm are required.
Salary: Fully time salary 25,000 -35,000 per annum for a 37.5 hour week, paid pro-rata.(Depending on qualification & experience).
Location: The role will require working across all FBM offices in Tenby, Haverfordwest, Pembroke and Milford Haven, with some flexibility to choose a primary office base.
