We're looking for a

Content Creator & Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team at Heritage Rocks Group. This is a hands-on, creative role where no two days are the same. From content creation, filming and editing to social media management and email campaigns, you'll help bring our brands to life and showcase what makes our venues truly unforgettable.

Based at Woodhall Manor & Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa, Woodbridge, Suffolk

Full-time | Office-based between the 2 sites | Monday - Friday, 9am - 5:00pm (with some weekends throughout the year)

About Us:

Heritage Rocks Group is a collection of 3 historic venues, Woodhall Manor & Seckford Hall Hotel & Spa in Suffolk and Manor by the Lake, Cheltenham. All 3 offering dream weddings, events, and hospitality. This role will be primarily focussing and working across our 2 sites in Suffolk (Woodhall Manor and Seckford Hall)

Role Overview:

As a Content Creator & Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our marketing efforts. You will work closely within our marketing team to execute various campaigns, initiatives, and strategies aimed at enhancing our brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

To be ahead of the curve and a finger on the pulse on all thing's social media.

Create engaging content for social media channels. Including strategy, filming and content editing.

Taking part in styled content and photoshoots, producing video content, editing and producing final videos.

Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to identify opportunities for growth.

Writing engaging and creative copywriting for social media and email campaigns.

Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.

To update and improve, where needed, the websites across the group.

Requirements:

A keen interest in marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Excellent creativity and content creation skills. Including filming and editing.

Excellent knowledge of all social media platforms. Specifically, IG and TikTok.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Creative Cloud Suite, Canva & CapCut.

A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a strong attention to detail.

Digital Marketing experience is essential.

Creative copywriting experience preferred but not essential.

To have a Full UK drivers licence.
