We are seeking a talented and creative video content creator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in developing a time sensitive strategy to plan and create a range of reels and video content for social and web use. Assets you deliver will speak to target audiences, position the brand and inform end user customers to convert direct sales or sales for our stockist.
JOB ROLE
Plan and execute video content for social and web
Draw up pre-production plans and book vendors accordingly
Work with venues, riders and horses
Write engaging scripts, create detailed shoot lists
Use a phone or camera to record video content
Post-production of reels, video, short or long form depending on use
Process renumeration for vendor hire
Open to trying new as well as tried and tested solutions
Adapt to a range of final outcomes to include (but not limited to) informative, entertaining, interviews, behind the scenes, training, unboxing, product usage etc
Be familiar with relevancy and size/orientation/length of content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
Assist with social content / administration as required
May be required to assist on key photoshoots
Collaborate with internal or external videographers on some projects
Occasionally relay plans to third parties
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
A background in horse riding
General equestrian product knowledge
Professional level use of digital SLR and phone to create video and images
Flair in post-production photography and video
High attention to detail & well organised
Ability to multi-task
Work to deadlines and be flexible with workflow and impromptu projects
Clean driving licence
DESIRABLE SKILLS
Good working knowledge of Adobe applications: Premier Pro, Photoshop
Adobe creative cloud
Basic photography editing skills (Adobe Photoshop)
Creative aptitude, adaptable to be on brand
Keen sense of branding and consistent tone
Work with existing admin systems
Accurate and numerate

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a similar role
Mac literate - knowledge of Microsoft Office and Creative Cloud
Due to the small size of the team the role is not limited to the job description described above and may expand depending on the candidate's skill base and the future business plan. From time to time the candidate may be expected to work outside of their usual hours. The role base is at the Leominster head office and on location.
