Salary - National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 43,300 to 46,433 and London from 46,400 to 50,000 (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to grow your expertise in creating, managing, and optimising video and photographic content across websites and social media. You'll deliver creative assets quickly and effectively for both internal and external audiences.
Highly organised and creative, you will thrive in fast-paced environments and bring strong skills in video production, editing, graphics, and photography to elevate our communications campaigns. As part of our design team, you'll develop corporate video and photography that supports FCA priorities, driving public confidence and behaviour change. You'll collaborate closely with strategic comms partners and senior leaders--including ExCo--to tailor content for specific audiences and channels, while assessing its impact and effectiveness.
What will you be doing?Lead video and photography content creation that brings FCA's strategic messages to life across internal and external platforms Shape creative direction for digital storytelling, producing engaging assets aligned with communication goals Collaborate with stakeholders to advise on video best practice, developing clear scripts, storyboards and visual messaging Oversee all aspects of production, pre-production planning, filming, post-production editing and visual enhancement Capture and edit high-quality photography for diverse channels, maintaining brand consistency and accessibility standards Manage equipment and stay current with trends to deliver innovative, polished content while contributing to a high-performing design culture

MinimumExperience of creating high quality and effective videography and photography

EssentialStrong foundation in videography and photography principles, visual composition and storytelling techniques Skilled at interpreting creative briefs to produce engaging short-form and long-form content across digital and social platforms Experienced in concept development, storyboarding, scripting and editorial planning for corporate video production Proficient in post-production editing including video, photo, audio and graphics with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and related tools Competent in colour correction, grading, retouching and integrating music, transitions and sound for polished multimedia content Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with confidence to direct advise and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholder levels Effective time manager adaptable in fast-paced environments with strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines Proven ability to lead and manage video shoots including equipment setup crew or supplier coordination and logistical problem-solving
