Content Creator/Marketing Assistant

Reporting to:

16-24 hours per week, Monday to Friday

The opportunity has arisen within the company for a

Content Creator/Marketing Assistant

to join our busy operations department.

Roles to include:



Develop engaging content for

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn). Plan and execute

monthly content calendars

aligned with promotions, day trips, and seasonal campaigns. Capture and edit

photos and videos

on-site (coach trips, events, customer testimonials, etc.). Design

eye-catching marketing materials

(posters, leaflets, digital ads) using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Support

email marketing

campaigns, website updates, and blog content creation. Monitor

social media analytics and engagement

, producing monthly performance reports. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, holidays, operations) to ensure brand consistency and accuracy. Assist with

community events, open days, and promotional activities

.

Skills & Experience



Essential:



Proven experience in social media management, marketing, or content creation. Strong written and visual communication skills. Creative flair with an eye for storytelling, photography, and design. Knowledge of social media trends and tools. Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Desirable:



Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator) or Canva. Experience in

travel, tourism, or hospitality marketing

. Familiarity with

email marketing platforms

(Mailchimp) Understanding of website content management. A passion for travel and connecting with people!
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
