Job Summary

We're looking for an energetic, confident individual to join our growing team in Cheltenham. This role combines

customer-facing support

& being in front of the camera storytelling with our

social media content creation & marketing team

-- ideal for someone who is comfortable on camera, loves talking to people, has bags packed full of enthusiasm and wants to grow their skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

Appear on camera for

live videos, social media content and creative ads

Work closely with our content creator to

develop brand stories and campaigns

Act as a point of contact in our admin team with:

answering phone calls, emails, and greeting customers in store

Additional support to the sales team with

processing orders, logging customer design requests, and general admin tasks

Provide

exceptional customer service

both face-to-face and online.

Skills

Confident, outgoing and

comfortable

beingseen & heard online (meta, youtube, tiktok) Enthusiasm in abundance Adopt a growth mindset. Spotting trends & opportunities for growth. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills Good organisational and time management skills Basic IT and admin skills Proactive attitude and willingness to learn Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
