Digitas UK is hiring a Content Designer. As part of a highly collaborative team you will work with a wide range of disciplines to deliver connected experiences, demonstrating the value of content design and the incredible impact it can have when done well.

Here\'s some of the things you would be doing if you joined our Experience Team:

• Designing and delivering beautifully written messaging, content and copywriting, content frameworks, navigation, labelling, powerful calls to action and clear and understandable instructional copy, and more for the client\'s key platforms
• Ensuring all content is relevant, timely, clear, concise, accessible and consistent with the brand
• Working with the client, the design team, analytics and key members of the account team to understand the key audiences for your content and their needs
• Combining your strategic awareness of brand, product and comms with research and analytics to propose content improvements to enhance the user experience and reduce friction in the user journey
• Working with SEO to ensure the site content is optimised
• Working within a collaborative, multidisciplinary product team to deliver customer-first experiences
• Planning a roadmap of ongoing edits, tests and improvements of the content you are responsible for
• Working with the client and the rest of the team to understand requirements for new product launches and marketing and ensure you have a roadmap and roll out plan
• Working within a multidisciplinary team to collaborate on solutions and give and solicit feedback

Qualifications

• Experience as a content designer, ideally in consumer, start ups, education, healthcare or governments or product orgs. Agency experience is desirable but not necessary.
• A thorough understanding of the importance of strategic, evidence-based, user-centred design
• Ability to review and audit existing content to identify areas of improvement, with accompanying write-ups and recommendations
• Comfortable with presenting and confident working directly with clients
• A keen eye for detail and can subedit and proofread content
• Experience of using user research, data and test and learn methodologies to make content recommendations and audits
• Experience of working collaboratively with designers, product people, data, and senior stakeholders to provide analysis and recommendations
• Possess a good understanding of how your work fits into a wider context of supporting the client and delivering a great experience for the end user
• Able to recognise and address challenges in a thoughtful way
• Calm in a crisis and generous with your support
• Able to give and receive thoughtful feedback and always looking to improve relationships, ways of working and of course the work itself
