Senior Content Designer

We are looking for a Content Designer to join a well-respected publishing client to work on a digital transformation project.

The Role:

  • Understand the problem space (User profile, what they need to do and role of the platform in that)
  • Audit relevant content (who is responsible, what purpose does it serve, how could it be structured)
  • Identify where most value can be delivered to support users (Author guidance, open access)
  • Create content to support important journeys (identify gaps, implement SEO and research recommendations)
  • Work with designers for any graphic content needed
  • Keep content clear, simple and consistent (Accessible)
  • Create plans on how to develop and manage content in the future
Key Skills:
  • Experience managing stakeholders in defining content that meets user needs to match the wider business.
  • Worked on larger content-rich websites to audit, consolidate and recreate content with the user in mind
  • Comfortable working with research findings, SEO and analytics data to guide suggestions
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team consisting of Research, UI and UX Designers
