Content & Digital Marketing Specialist

, you'll be responsible for creating compelling content and managing digital campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and growth. You'll play a key role in shaping our online presence and supporting our business development goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement website content strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives. Write and optimise content for both websites with a focus on SEO, lead generation, and conversion. Manage the relationship with our online agency, ensuring high-quality output and alignment with brand standards. Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and email marketing aimed at generating qualified leads and driving online sales. Continuously monitor, analyse, and report on website performance, traffic trends, and campaign effectiveness. Collaborate with the Group Marketing team to further develop our Ibexa CMS, leveraging existing functionalities and modules. Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement improvements. Ensure smooth and efficient processes across content creation, campaign execution, and agency collaboration.

Essential Skills & Experience

Degree (or equivalent experience) in Marketing. Proven experience in website content creation, SEO optimisation, and digital marketing. Strong understanding of online marketing strategies, conversion optimisation, and lead generation. Experience managing external agencies and coordinating cross-functional teams. Familiarity with CMS platforms, ideally Ibexa CMS (or similar) and email marketing tools like Mailchimp Analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable improvements. Highly organised, process-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours to meet business need.

Bude, Cornwall | Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 37 hours/week
27,000-30,000 per annum (depending on experience)
26 days annual leave + bank holidays (increasing with service)
